Infrastructure

The unit is located in one of the fastest developing industrial belts of the city, Kohara region, Ludhiana, Punjab. Thus, availing efficient industrial infrastructure along with good connectivity from the central city. The unit admeasures 10,250 sq. yard area. The manufacturing floor space is more than 50,000 sq. ft. and is covered with pre-engineered structure. The machines are rationally organised in an area to enable smooth flow of production.

Plant And Machinery Capability

We have complete in house facilities to manufacture our products and continuously invest in advanced and relevant technology which is equivalent to Asian Standards. The plant has 1835 mm Automatic Chinese ‘JS’ make corrugator and 2 Flexo Double Colour Printing Machines, One ‘JS’ make Kick Feeder and another Ding Chang Package Machinery co. Ltd/ chain feeder. It is accompanied with three die cutting machines of ‘Surjeet’ make i.e 65X110, 55X85 and 45X65 along with 6 stitching machines of ‘Vikas’ make out of which 3 are double staple. In 2014, we also added ‘Insun’ make fully auto stitcher cum gluer cum bundler machine for increase in accuracy and speedy production.

Storage & Dispatch

Commitment is followed strictly. We own 10 dedicated trucks and containers to enable effectiveness and flexibility in terms of logistics and ensuring on time supply. We have successfully outsourced transportation to deliver our products to Bhopal, Jammu and Sonipat. We follow Just in Time Delivery strategy and are capable of responding to emergency deliveries. Delivery of quality products that meet and outperform customer requirements at any hour of the day are given top priority.



Solar Power


Another step closer to reducing our carbon footprint! Our plant is designed to optimize power consumption and promote Green Energy. We have installed a 204.8 kWp Grid tied Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant. Thus, enabling us to use PV technology, the only solution to improve the security of India’s energy supply and a pollution free method of power production. Manufacturing waste and emissions are managed using the existing pollution control methods.

We are committed to reduce our specific water consumption by 40% at verge till year 2025.

We strive for conservation of key non-renewable energy resources like coal, oil etc. and are continuously working towards lowering their usage. We are in process of improvising our manufacturing techniques to continuously reduce energy requirement per kilogram of paper processed. We also encourage the use of waste energy to improve our productivity and employ more and more energy renewable sources. We are committed to reduce our specific energy consumption by 35% at verge till year 2025.

We aim to reduce generation of waste in solid, liquid and gaseous form. We have introduced effective waste management systems to look after the waste generation trends. We have tried to reduce waste disposal by following the motto of Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Respect. We are committed to minimize our specific waste generation by 10% at verge till year 2025.
